A bit of our history.

It all started back in 1925 by William Marchyshyn at a small store located at 10342-101 street.  The business was later passed onto Nestor Marchyshyn and Mary Marchyshyn.  Nestor died in 1981 and Mary took over with her son Bill Marchyshyn, and later grandsons Marc, James and Adam Shymko.  

Our unique flavors and foods have stood the test of time.  To this day virtually the same recipe is used in every batch of garlic kobasa, and run by the same family.(Now 4th generation)
One hundred thousand pounds of kobasa and pepperoni are produced every year out of our smokehouse oven.  Using No Additives, No Fillers and No Preservatives in our quality products gives a truly unique taste that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Monday - Friday 10am-5:00pm
Saturdays 10am-4pm
